The easiest lentil sauce spaghetti ever

On the days where I want to get in and out of the kitchen real quick, but still have a healthy hearty meal. I would prepare something like this.

What I used:
A pack of Spelt Spaghetti (Organic Ladder)
500 ml Organic tomato passata (Mr Organic)
1 can of organic lentils (Mr Organic)
1/2 onion stock cube and 1/2 tomato stock cube (Kallo)
Salt
Organic dried basil (Fresh would be better)
Olive oil
Goat cheese (But you can use whatever cheese you prefer with your pasta)

That’s it!

So you just boil the pasta as per the instructions on the pack.
You pour the tomato passata in a saucepan and add the olive oil.
Dilute the the stock cubes in a little bit of water and add that to your passata.
Add the lentils and season with salt. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. just the time for the lentils to soak. Turn off the heat and add the basil.
And there you go!
